Real estate crowdlending in Argentina

Collective financing applied to the Argentine real estate sector offers a different way to approach real estate: instead of requiring a large initial capital, it allows several people to contribute partial amounts and support residential works, building refurbishments, neighborhood improvements and new housing projects.

About the model

Facade of a modern residential building in Argentina

The entire journey takes place within a digital environment. Each user reviews the published initiatives, compares terms and conditions, and decides for themselves how much to contribute. Contributions are pooled and assigned to a specific development; once the announced terms are met, the results are distributed among participants in proportion to their contribution.

In the Argentine context, with sustained housing demand, urban growth and attention on property values, this scheme has gained visibility as an alternative for participation. Real estate stops being perceived as an area exclusive to large developers, institutional funds or high net-worth investors.

The range of projects is broad: apartment towers, housing complexes, refurbishments of older buildings, urbanization works and developments of different sizes. That variety means participation can be adapted to very different profiles, budgets and time horizons.

How it works

A direct journey, from your dashboard

The path is direct: you enter the platform, review the available opportunities, choose the one that fits your criteria and confirm the amount. From the same dashboard you follow the progress of the work, see how the funds are used, check the estimated terms and access the conditions of participation.

In this way, real estate crowdlending combines technology, collaborative financing and a simpler access to the property market.

Transparency

Every stage, clear and verifiable

We work so that every stage is clear, verifiable and easy to follow. At any time you can check how your contribution is applied, at what stage the work is, and under which rules you participate. All participation involves risks and results depend on the evolution of each project.

Participating also means supporting initiatives that renew neighborhoods, strengthen urban infrastructure and create new places to live. It is a way to seek returns while contributing to the development of cities.

We created this space so that approaching Argentine real estate becomes more understandable, more transparent and more participative. Our goal is to offer clear information about the local property market and tools that help you decide with your own judgment.

Notice: All participation in real estate projects involves risks. Results depend on the progress and conditions of each work.
